Leaking air conditioning above the bed, cold water shower. But above all, contact with the host was difficult. He simply did not respond to messages and did not answer the phone. We were informed on the day itself that we could only check in after 9:00 PM instead of in the early afternoon as stated in the booking. When we arrived there was no one there. We couldn't get in. After several attempts to contact the host, we received help from the neighbors. We were finally able to get in with the key around 11:00 PM. The host did not contact us for the rest of the stay and we did not see anyone. There was also no compensation in any way.
